Nicole Isle is the Chief Sustainability Strategist of Glumac, a full-service MEP engineering firm specializing in the cost-effective, sustainable design and operation of commercial, institutional, healthcare, and advanced technology facilities worldwide. The firm analyzes energy, CFD, lighting, and comfort models, and performs equipment commissioning, to incorporate and measure engineering strategies that achieve environmental and resiliency goals and support occupant health. In 2016, Green Building & Design honored Nicole with the Women in Sustainability Leadership Award (WSLA) and she currently co-chairs the WSLA mentorship committee.
