Charley is a sustainability consultant and green building entrepreneur with a particular focus on helping others understand and implement their healthier materials goals. IES is a pioneer in assisting project teams in creating Full Living buildings.

Since 2010, Charley’s North Adams, MA, company has managed the green aspects of projects from 1,000 to 500,000 square feet, including the Williams College Environmental Center, Hampshire College’s R.W. Kern Center, Hitchcock Center for the Environment and Yale Divinity School campus. To facilitate compliance, IES created Red2Green (R2G), a comprehensive platform for building materials evaluation, selection and management. R2G organizes and stores project's materials research, along with all other LBC Petal documents, to seamlessly prepare for auditing and certification.
